“Multifunctional purpose”

The smart sensors are multifunctional.

In the “present” setting, the sensors are used to:

• turn the lights on and off
• boost the ventilation
• activate the heating
• switch on the audio
• switch controllable outlets on and off

Light and time controls can be linked to sensors. For example, to ensure a sensor is only active if it is dark outside or between certain times.

In the “absent” setting, the sensor is used as an alarm sensor. As soon as someone is detected, the alarm atmosphere will be activated.

Furthermore, the sensor can also be used to map unusual behaviour.

As a standard, 1 sensor is included (bathroom).

You know the feeling. You come home at night and turn on the lights, close the curtains, put the heating up and switch on the television, and so on. A lot of actions that IPBuilding groups into ‘atmospheres’.

For example, you can have a ‘welcome’ atmosphere that is triggered automatically when you enter your home. Or a ‘Watching TV’ atmosphere, which immediately switches off the lights, turns on the TV and provides atmospheric lighting next to the TV. Other popular atmospheres are ‘going to bed’, ‘reading a book’ and of course ‘switch everything off’ for when you leave your home. You can control the atmospheres yourself and IPBuilding’s management platform enables you to easily add a new atmosphere.

U kent het gevoel. U komt ‘s avonds binnen in uw woning en schakelt de verlichting aan, doet de gordijnen toe, zet de verwarming hoger en schakelt de televisie aan, … Een heel aantal handelingen die IPBuilding samenbrengt in ‘sferen’.

Dit kan bijvoorbeeld een ‘welkom’ sfeer zijn die automatisch wordt opgeroepen als u uw woning betreedt. Of een sfeer ‘tv-kijken’ die meteen de verlichting uitschakelt, de televisie opzet alsook een sfeerlicht naast de televisie. Ook een sfeer slapengaan, lezen en natuurlijk een sfeer ‘alles uit’ wanneer u vertrekt uit de woning worden vaak aangemaakt. U beheert de sferen helemaal zelf en maakt via het beheersplatform van IPBuilding makkelijk een nieuwe sfeer aan.

“Multifunctioneel inzetbaar”

De slimme sensoren worden multifunctioneel ingezet.

In het regime ‘aanwezig’ worden de sensoren gebruikt om in functie van aanwezigheid:

• verlichting aan en uit te schakelen
• ventilatie naar hogere stand te schakelen
• verwarming te activeren
• audio aan te zetten
• geschakelde stopcontacten aan en uit te schakelen

Licht- en tijdsturingen kunnen gekoppeld worden aan sensoren. Bijvoorbeeld opdat een bepaalde sensor enkel en alleen actief zou zijn indien het buiten donker is of tussen bepaalde tijdstippen.

In het regime ‘afwezig’ wordt de sensor gebruikt als alarmsensor. Van zodra iemand wordt gedetecteerd zal de alarmsfeer worden geactiveerd.

Verder kan de sensor ook worden ingezet om afwijkend leefgedrag in kaart te brengen.

“Light and heat from the sun according to your own wishes”

By using climate sensors and timers, all electric sunscreens (blinds, curtains, screens) will independently and automatically be raised or lowered, based on the climate outside and inside, the position of the sun and the time setting.

Using push buttons or the central touch screen, residents can determine the position of the screens at all times. If the weather conditions are bad, the screens are automatically raised, to avoid damage.

One weather station is installed per site. All assisted-living homes are connected to the local weather station. Each assisted-living home is fitted with a central touch screen. The current weather and weather forecasts can be consulted.

“Licht en warmte van de zon naar eigen wens”

Door het toepassen van klimaatsensoren en tijdfuncties zullen alle elektrische zonweringen (rolluiken, gordijnen, screens) onafhankelijk automatisch op- of neergaan op basis van het klimaat buiten, binnen, de stand van de zon en tijdsinstelling.

Via drukknoppen of het centrale aanraakscherm kan de bewoner ten alle tijde zelf de stand van de zonwering bepalen. Indien de weersomstandigheden te slecht zijn, worden de screens automatisch terug opgehaald zodat schade kan worden vermeden.

Er wordt één weerstation geplaatst per site. Alle wooneenheden staan in verbinding met het lokale weerstation. In iedere wooneenheid wordt een centraal aanraakscherm geplaatst. Het actuele weer en weersvoorspellingen kunnen hierop worden geraadpleegd.

“Integration with care and service platforms”

The touch screen also enables links to be created with care and/or services platforms. Third-party applications will be shown directly on the touch screen, and residents, healthcare providers or family members can use this software straight away.

 

Today Cubigo, Digitale Woonassistent, Care Solutions and Smart Assist can be integrated on the touch screen. Upon request, other applications can also be integrated.

“Integratie met zorg -en dienstenplatforms”

Op het aanraakscherm kunnen ook linken gelegd worden naar zorg en/of dienstenplatforms. Zo worden applicaties van derde partijen meteen getoond op het aanraakscherm en kunnen bewoners, zorgverleners of familieleden deze software meteen gebruiken.

 

Vandaag kunnen Cubigo, Digitale Woonassistent, Care Solutions en Smart Assist geïntegreerd worden op het aanraakscherm. Op vraag kunnen ook andere applicaties een plaats krijgen.

IPBuilding enables you to listen to your favorite music via Spotify, internet radio or from a hard drive (NAS). The audio input can also be used to connect an external source (e.g. cd player, record player, etc.) or an Apple Airport (or similar device) to each amplifier, to stream music directly from a mobile device.

This system can be operated via touch screens, push buttons, a tablet or smartphone. By default, there are 4 zones with 2 speakers per zone, in stereo and multi-source. There is also the possibility to expand the system to 8, 12 or 16 zones and up to 4 external amplifiers (Bose, Yamaha, B&W, Denon, etc.) can be linked up, via the outputs on the Multimedia server.

Met IPBuilding kan u uw favoriete muziek beluisteren via Spotify, internet radio of vanop een harde schijf (NAS). Verder kan men via de audio input op elke amplifier ook een externe bron (bv. cd-speler, platenspeler, enz.) of een Apple Airport (of iets dergelijks) koppelen voor het streamen van muziek rechtstreeks vanaf een mobiel toestel.

De bediening kan verlopen via via touchscreens, drukknoppen, tablet of smartphone. Standaard worden er 4 zones voorzien met 2 luidsprekers/zone, in stereo en multi-source. Verder heeft men ook de mogelijkheid om het systeem uit te breiden naar 8, 12 of 16 zones en kan men ook tot 4 externe versterkers (Bose, Yamaha, B&W, Denon, …) koppelen via de niet versterkte uitgangen op de Multimediaserver.
